Dyson V11 Battery Replacement Delayed for Four Months Despite Warranty Coverage

I purchased a Dyson V11 vacuum cleaner from Media Markt in 2020. On September 8, 2024, before the warranty period expired, I encountered an issue with the vacuum cleaner's battery. I contacted Media Markt customer service for a replacement, and the customer representative created a record for the issue. They took the vacuum cleaner from me after photographing it, commenting on how cleanly it was maintained, and provided a document confirming receipt of the product. However, after hearing nothing for a while, I contacted them again and was told that the battery was out of stock. Since then, I have been receiving periodic messages stating that my registration has been renewed. Despite four months passing since I handed over my product, they continue to claim that the part is not in stock. I find this situation highly questionable. It is disappointing and frustrating that Dyson, a globally recognized company, appears to avoid sending a replacement part. I demand an immediate resolution to this issue. If this matter is not resolved, I will take my case to the Consumer Court and pursue my rights through legal means.
