I recently purchased two boxes of Durex products. However, there’s a noticeable difference between the items in the first and second boxes. The foil packaging of the products from the second box has a different Durex logo and color compared to the first box. The items from the first box work perfectly, but those from the second box are very difficult to use. I suspect a manufacturing issue as the quality is not the same. If I hadn’t bought this directly from Durex, I would have thought the second batch was counterfeit. My spouse also noticed the difference, and the products from the second box have become unusable. I request that Durex replace the faulty items with the quality product from the first box. I can provide photos if Durex contacts me.
