Amazon Sent Me Wrong Product Twice - Made My Shopping Experience Frustrating




Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent shopping experience on Amazon, where I have encountered incorrect product deliveries for the second time. Previously, when I ordered La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Baume B5 cream, I received a counterfeit product. Now, instead of the protective case I purchased for my over-ear headphones, I have been sent a completely unrelated bag. This situation has caused a highly negative shopping experience, both in terms of customer satisfaction and trust. The product I ordered and the one I received bear no resemblance, and I am providing images as proof. As I live in a remote district of İzmir, dealing with shipping processes is quite inconvenient for me. I want to emphasize that I should not have to put in extra effort to resolve an issue that is not my fault. Therefore, I request that my issue be resolved as soon as possible, either by sending me the correct product or issuing a refund. Otherwise, I may consider canceling my Amazon Prime membership and discontinuing my shopping on the platform. I strongly urge Amazon to be more vigilant in monitoring the sellers it works with to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.
