DS Damat Order Canceled Due to Quality Issues, Rude Customer Service Response

I placed an order with DS Damat on February 23, 2024, and was contacted by a customer representative who informed me that there were quality issues with the products and they had to cancel the order. I told them that the quality problems were their responsibility, and I wanted my items without any defects. Eventually, my order was delivered. However, on September 9, 2024, I placed another order for five items, only to receive two, while being told that the other three had quality issues and I could either cancel or reorder different items at the same price. Strangely, these "problematic" items are still available for sale on their website. When I questioned this, a representative rudely accused me of lying and spoke in an unprofessional manner. The company’s inability to manage quality control is not the customer's fault, and I expect DS Damat to deliver the remaining items without further delay. This situation has shown how poorly DS Damat handles its responsibilities and customer relations.
