Swatch Online Order Delayed – No Response from Customer Service

I placed an order on Swatch’s website on August 27, 2024, expecting timely delivery. Customer service assured me that my item would arrive by September 3. However, when I followed up recently, I was informed that it still hasn’t even been shipped. Despite repeated promises of updates, I have yet to receive any communication or explanation for the delay. This lack of professionalism and poor communication is extremely disappointing, especially from a reputable brand like Swatch. I expect my order to be shipped immediately, along with a formal apology for the delay and lack of response. Please address this issue promptly and restore my trust in your brand.
