DS Damat Canceled My Discounted Shirt Order Citing Defects Despite My Approval
I purchased two shirts from the DS Damat website during the November discounts. Today, customer service called me and said that defects had been detected in the products during shipping, so they would issue a refund. I told them I was willing to accept the products as they were and asked them to send them to me. They replied that they couldn’t send defective products. I explained that once I accepted the condition of the products, there should be no issue for them. The products, which previously appeared as "in shipping" on the website, now show as "order received" when I checked again. Attracting customers with discounts and then canceling orders using the "defect" excuse is not fitting for a brand like this. I want my products.
