DS Damat Canceled My Discounted Shirt Order Citing Defects Despite My Approval


I placed a clothing order on DS Damat’s online shopping website on March 5, 2025. I ordered a total of 13 items, but only 3 were delivered. I’ve been calling customer service almost every day regarding the remaining 10 items, and each time I’m met with the same delaying tactics. At one point, they even falsely claimed the items had been shipped. As of today, it has been 17 days and I still haven’t received the rest of my order. This company seems to know how to take your money but not how to deliver the products. Had I known it would be like this, I would have never placed an order. I request that the necessary action be taken immediately.
