I Did Not Return My Mango Item, Yet The Price Of The Returned Product Has Increased

I found out via email on December 7, 2023, that my order with the number DTH47D, which I purchased on November 21, 2023, was canceled. Since I didn't request a return for the product and haven't received it yet, I spoke with a customer representative. They told me that the product had a defect when it was sent to the courier, and since it's out of stock, the refund was processed. Right at that moment, when I checked the store's website, I could still add the same product to my cart. They said they can't help with this issue and there's nothing they can do. I bought the product for ₺999.99, and now it's priced at ₺1,599.99. Are you trying to make me buy the same product at the new higher price instead of sending me the one I ordered? This doesn't suit a store like yours at all. I was shocked by what happened.
