DoorBird Tech Support & Video Quality Are Poor

Even after spending a significant amount on a DoorBird system for my new home, I have been dealing with months of frustration trying to get it to work properly. The customer service has been extremely lacking, with frustratingly slow response times and a disappointingly limited range of support options. The products themselves can be quite challenging to install and maintain due to their complexity. I faced some major issues with the wireless chime because the instructions were unclear and there wasn't enough comprehensive guidance. In addition, I found out through complete troubleshooting that the system is not compatible with mesh networks, which was never mentioned before and is a crucial detail. In addition, the video quality is below average, and despite having a video history subscription, the footage is still disappointingly low-resolution. My experience with DoorBird has been highly unpleasant and disappointing. The lack of support and the overly complicated system have made this whole endeavor a costly nightmare.
