DoorBird D101S Overhyped And Underperforming

I've been having problems with my Doorbird D101S, which I had put in my home last month. Despite opting for a cable installation over Wi-Fi, I haven't received the promised performance. First and foremost, I would like to caution people that it is not as high-quality as stated. The image quality is weak, and the cameras' sensitivity is inadequate. It regularly misidentifies humans and birds and operates unnecessarily. Human faces are blurry due to low resolution. There can be considerable delays in image transmission, which means that if a burglar enters, you may only find out after they leave. I initially preferred devices with regular recording capabilities, but when I attempted to return this product, I was told to ship it to their depot in Germany rather than the one in the United States. This means that shipping costs approximately half the price of the device itself. For the time being, I've opted to keep using it despite my concerns.
