DoorBird D1101V Installation Nightmare - 3 Days To Connect

I've been having a hard time for 3 days trying to set up the Doorbird camera system I recently bought for my home. I've gone over the installation and user instructions multiple times, but I still couldn't finish setting everything up. The installation process can be quite complex. I was on the verge of getting rid of the $1275 product due to my mounting frustration. I was unable to connect it to the nearby Wifi AP, even though it was just 4 metres away. Matching up the connection cables can be quite a hassle due to their differences. After watching a number of YouTube videos, I was able to successfully install it on the third day.
