In November, I reached out to Dyson about a specific part, and our conversations are still in progress. I was quite disappointed with my experience with Dyson. Throughout this process, there has been a lack of progress, and I have not been provided with any updates regarding its conclusion. I am disappointed with the brand's performance as it has not lived up to my expectations. I strongly feel that it is imperative for globally recognized brands to enhance their support systems and make customer satisfaction their top priority. Based on my personal experience with Dyson, I must say that the brand has failed to live up to my expectations when it comes to the quality of their products and services.
