I placed an order with Domino's Pizza, but despite waiting at my door for 1.5 hours, the pizza was never delivered. Adding to the frustration, the Yemeksepeti app showed a "delivered" status about 30 minutes before I even contacted customer service.
When I tried to resolve the issue, the branch staff were unhelpful and unprofessional. They even went so far as to threaten to block my number and refuse to take any future orders from me. This behavior is unacceptable for a company that prides itself on customer service.
I demand an explanation for this failure, a refund for the undelivered pizza, and assurance that such incidents will not happen again. Domino's must take immediate action to address this issue.
