I Got a Cold Pizza After 70 Minutes from Domino’s

On May 13, I placed an order from Domino’s Pizza, specifically the Çiğli Efesus branch. What followed was an incredibly frustrating experience. It took 70 full minutes for the delivery to arrive, and when it finally did, the pizza was ice cold. Unacceptable.

Right in front of the delivery driver, I called both the branch and Domino’s customer service to report the issue. After all that waiting, they told me I could receive a replacement—if I was willing to wait even longer for another one to be prepared and sent out. That was the only solution they had. No refund. No apology. Just a vague promise to send another pizza eventually.

Domino’s, this is not how customer service should work. You can’t deliver freezing cold food over an hour late and expect customers to sit around for another round of delays. I paid for a hot meal delivered in a timely manner—not a back-and-forth negotiation over your poor service.
