Domino’s Pizza Marked My Order as Delivered but It Never Arrived

I placed an order with Domino’s Pizza, but my experience was extremely disappointing. Despite not receiving my order, the system falsely marked it as "delivered." I called the branch twice for clarification but received no response. When I contacted the customer service center, I explained that over half an hour had passed since the order was placed. Their response was dismissive, saying, "It will be delivered soon. The system shows it as delivered; just wait."

This is the first time I’ve been so let down by Domino’s. When I inquired about the 30-minute delivery guarantee, they cited "bad weather conditions" as the reason, which was clearly not accurate. I’ve attached photos showing the actual weather.

I demand a proper explanation and immediate action to resolve this issue. Such negligence and misinformation are unacceptable.
