When Domestika charges the annual subscription without prior notice, it is possible to cancel it from the user’s account. To do so, follow these steps:
Log in to the Domestika website using a browser (it doesn't work the same through the app).
Go to the top right menu and click on your username or profile picture.
Select “Settings” and then the “Plus Subscription” tab.
There you will see the option “Cancel automatic renewal” or “Cancel subscription.” Clicking it will stop future charges.
To request a refund, go to support.domestika.org and submit a ticket explaining the situation.
If the charge is recent and the service hasn’t been used, many users have successfully obtained refunds. It is recommended to do this as soon as possible and to save screenshots of the process.
