Domestika Failed to Respond to Unauthorized Renewal

On December 2, I noticed that approximately ₺5,000 had been charged from my Domestika account for a membership renewal without my knowledge or consent. Although this charge appears to be a renewal of a previous subscription, I definitely did not authorize this renewal.

The order number for the transaction in question is C509794T33383641**. I have contacted Domestika about this issue, but so far I have received no response and the problem has not been resolved.

I am requesting that this unauthorized subscription renewal be canceled and that the full amount charged be refunded to my card/account. I kindly ask for a prompt response to resolve this inconvenience.
