I am formally requesting a refund under the 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) policy for online digital purchases.As stated in my previous email,this renewal was unintended.I have NOT used any of the Plus credits or viewed any paid content associated with this new subscription period.I notified you immediately after the charge.Please process the refund for this unused service immediately.
