​I am formally requesting a refund under the 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) policy for online digital purchases.​As stated in my previous email,​this renewal was unintended.​I have NOT used any of the Plus credits or viewed any paid content associated with this new subscription period.​I notified you immediately after the charge.​Please process the refund for this unused service immediately. If this request is denied, I will be forced to file a chargeback dispute with my bank for this transaction.​Awaiting your confirmation of the refund.
