Domestika Plus Charged My Card Without Consent — How To Get A Refund
On March 2, 2026, a charge of $230.71 was withdrawn from my credit card for the annual renewal of a Domestika Plus membership without my authorization. I did not consent to this renewal and was not aware that I had an active Domestika Plus subscription, as I only intended to pay for a single course. My Domestika account is registered under the email address ra***********@gmail.com, and the relevant order number is C52336803T35412566. As soon as I noticed the charge on March 2, 2026, I immediately canceled my membership and submitted a refund request through Domestika’s support channels. Over the past seven days, I have sent more than five messages to customer support, but I have only received automated responses containing generic refund policy articles, without any concrete assistance or resolution. This is the first time this subscription has been automatically renewed on my account, and I was not clearly informed about this automatic renewal. I am using Domestika from Mexico, and I consider this to be a wrongful and unauthorized transaction. I kindly request a full refund of the $230.71 charged for the annual Domestika Plus membership and a prompt, personalized response regarding the resolution of this issue.
