Domestika Charged Me Without Permission and Didn’t Notify Me
On December 16, 2025, an amount of ₺5,963.52 was charged from my account for a Domestika membership package, even though I never gave any approval or consent for this. I did not see any approval screen, and I did not receive any email or notification—the amount was simply charged from my card automatically.
As soon as I noticed this transaction, I contacted my bank and initiated a dispute process. However, I also want this amount to be reviewed by Domestika and for Domestika to provide me with a clear explanation.
I am requesting that the full amount of ₺5,963.52, which was charged without my permission, be refunded to my credit card as soon as possible, and that the related membership/subscription be completely canceled.
