Domestika Charged $72 Auto-Renewal Without Reminder

On November 15, an automatic charge of $72 was taken from my Domestika account for an annual membership. The membership I had started during the summer as a free trial was converted into a paid subscription without any reminder, and I wasn’t aware that my card was still attached to the account. As soon as the automatic payment went through, I canceled my membership and requested a refund the very same day.
Domestika customer service directed me to read the membership agreement and policies. I stated that I already knew the policy and that I had never used my account, and I repeated my refund request; however, I have not received any response yet. I have not used any service or course included in the membership. All actions were made through the email address a***@gmail.com.
I request a refund for a service I have not used — especially since the payment was still in authorization status. I expect an urgent solution and a full refund.
