Forgot to Cancel Domestika Trial and Got Billed for a Full Year
I used Domestika under a one-month trial membership, and since I did not plan to continue using the service, I decided to cancel my membership. However, because I forgot to fully complete the cancellation process, an automatic charge of $147 for an annual membership was made to my account on January 15, 2026. This renewal happened completely without my knowledge or consent.
As soon as I noticed the charge, I fully canceled my membership, and I have not actively used the service after this renewal. The $147 I paid is a significant amount for me, and I request that this situation be evaluated in good faith, as the charge occurred by mistake.
