Domestika Charged $137.74 for Unused Annual Subscription

Today, a charge of $137.74 was withdrawn from my Domestika account for the renewal of my annual subscription without my knowledge. I admit that I forgot to cancel the auto-renewal because of my busy schedule; however, I did not use the platform at all during this period — I didn’t log in or start any courses.
As soon as I noticed the charge, I contacted Domestika via email and requested a refund for a service I never used. Despite this, I was informed that a refund could not be issued. I don’t find it fair that such a high amount has been charged for a service I did not benefit from in any way.
I am requesting a full refund of the $137.74 charged for this annual subscription that I did not use at all.

Although I previously canceled my Domestika Plus membership and never used the app, my account was charged twice without my consent. On November 25, 2025, $137.74 was withdrawn from my Garanti Bank debit card. The payments appear under my Domestika account registered with the email address [email protected]. I did not knowingly or willingly renew the Plus membership; on the contrary, I had canceled my membership and have not actively used the account since. Despite this, I absolutely do not accept these amounts being withdrawn from my card. Although I requested a refund and an explanation from Domestika regarding this issue, I have not received any response. Charging such high amounts for a membership I canceled and a service I have never used is causing me significant inconvenience. I request that the full amount of $137.74 withdrawn from my account be refunded to my card as soon as possible, and that I be notified in writing that my Plus membership has been completely terminated. I got my payment back by disputing it with the bank.
