I want to remove my credit card information from my Domestika account, but the system won’t allow it. After my free trial ended on November 15, a payment was charged to my card, and since that date I have been trying to delete my card from my account with no success.
According to the Help section, there should be a “remove/delete” option under the saved card, but this option does not appear anywhere in my account. I tried at different times, on different devices, and through different browsers, yet I still cannot find any place where I can delete my card details.
I have written to Domestika’s support channels and email addresses multiple times about this issue, but I have received no response whatsoever. No explanation, no solution.
I request that my credit card information be completely and permanently removed from my Domestika account without requiring any further action from me, and that I receive written confirmation once this has been done.
