Unauthorized Domestika Plus Charge - Refund Request Not Resolved

On 10/12/2025, I was charged $139 for a service called “Domestika Plus” without my clear knowledge or consent. I was not aware that I had enrolled in Domestika Plus, and I believe the way the pages are designed is confusing and leads users to click on windows they do not fully understand, which then results in unwanted charges. The payment description appears as “Domestika Plus.” I have already contacted Domestika and requested a refund and cancellation of this service, but they did not care about my request and have not resolved the issue. I request that this unauthorized Domestika Plus subscription be cancelled immediately and that the $139 charged to my account be fully refunded. I also expect Domestika to review the design of their pages so that users are not misled or tricked into paid subscriptions they do not intend to purchase.
