Domestika Kept Charging Me After I Canceled Plus Subscription
Even though I previously canceled my Domestika Plus subscription and never used the service, money continues to be charged from my account without my consent. On November 15, $43 was charged to my bank account, and today, December 1, there was another attempted charge of $92.
Being charged these amounts despite canceling the subscription and not using the platform has caused both financial harm and a serious loss of trust. Although I have tried to contact Domestika’s support team, I have received no response at all. I have also started a dispute process through my bank, but that process is still ongoing.
I am requesting a full refund of all amounts charged for a subscription I canceled and did not use, that all unauthorized charge attempts be completely stopped, that my Domestika Plus subscription be permanently closed, and that all card and bank information linked to my Domestika account be fully deleted from their systems.
