Refund Request – Unauthorized Charge Of $110 USD By Domestika
I am writing regarding a Domestika PLUS subscription fee that was charged at the end of a free trial, and to request a full refund. On 14 March 2026, Domestika charged my card from Turkey for a Domestika PLUS subscription in the amount of 110 USD, following the end of a trial period. However, I have never used the service in any way: I did not use it during the free trial period, and I have not used it after the charge either. No content has been accessed or consumed on my account. After noticing this withdrawal, I tried to resolve the issue through your support channels. I received a generic response directing me to the Help Center and to open a support ticket. However, as a user living in Turkey, I have not been able to complete the support ticket form, so I have been left without an effective way to communicate with your team and resolve this issue. In this context, I kindly request that Domestika issue a full refund of the 110 USD to my original payment method, cancel any active subscription or automatic renewal associated with my account, and send me written confirmation once the refund has been processed and the subscription has been cancelled.

On March 14, 2026, an amount of $110 was charged to my MasterCard without my permission. I have no subscription or purchase approval for this transaction. The Domestika support team rejected my refund request, stating that they only serve users in Mexico, Brazil, and Colombia. The rights of consumers in Turkey were ignored, and this situation affected me very badly.
