I purchased a yearly Plus membership from Domestika, and on 23 April 2026, a charge of 108 USD, corresponding to 5,037.46 TL, was taken from my İş Bank credit card by saving my card information without my explicit permission. The transaction was made under the order ID C52908321T35986042 with order date 23 April 2026. I did not approve the saving of my card information for automatic renewal, and I consider this transaction unauthorized. After noticing the charge, I sent an email to Domestika, cancelled my membership through the system, and requested support, but I have not received any response so far. I also submitted a transaction dispute to my bank, İş Bank. I request that the full amount of 108 USD (5,037.46 TL) charged to my card be refunded and that all of my saved card and personal information in your system be completely deleted. I expect written confirmation that my membership has been cancelled, that no further charges will be made to my card, and that my data has been removed from your records.
