I Keep Getting a 3-Hour Wait Error on My Dexcom G6 and My Son Is Missing School

Hello, we’ve been using the Dexcom G6 glucose monitoring system and for the past three days, we’ve been stuck with the same “3-hour wait” error that just won’t go away. This isn’t during a warm-up period or sensor extension—this is a repeated error that makes the device completely unusable.
My son is young and relies on this device to manage his condition safely. Because of this recurring issue, he’s been missing school, which is completely unacceptable. I’ve tried everything and waited patiently for help, but no one from Dexcom has responded. Why is there no proper support for such a critical medical device?
We’re not even in an extended session. This is clearly a product malfunction. I urgently request a new sensor to be sent right away. Dexcom, please step up and resolve this issue. My child shouldn’t have to choose between his health and his education.
