Dexcom G6 Sensor Replacement Delayed for 45 Days

I trusted Dexcom with my health and chose their products for my family, but the ongoing delays in the sensor replacement process have left us extremely frustrated. It has been 45 days since I sent back my most recent Dexcom G6 sensor for replacement, and there has been no progress or update. Every replacement request takes an additional 10-15 days on average, adding unnecessary stress to already difficult circumstances. As a parent of a child with diabetes, we are already dealing with significant emotional and financial challenges. This lack of timely support from Dexcom is unacceptable. I urge the company to prioritize diabetic families and expedite the replacement process immediately. We deserve better service and reliability.
