Dexcom G6 Giving False Low Readings – Alarms All Night! Fix This Now

We purchased the Dexcom G6 starter kit, and the first month went smoothly. In the second month, the first week was manageable with frequent calibrations, but for the past week, it has been nothing but problems. Despite using a newly inserted sensor, it keeps giving incorrect low readings, making us think our child is experiencing dangerous hypoglycemia when they are not.
The critical low alarms have been waking us up all night, forcing us to check and recalibrate over and over. Even after replacing the sensor, the issue started again on the first night. Now, at school, the same false low critical alert is blaring, disrupting the entire day. Why are we paying so much for a system that doesn’t work properly?
This is unacceptable—my child is already going through a difficult time, and the constant alarms are causing unnecessary panic. We cannot even reach customer service, yet when placing an order, you were easily accessible. Dexcom, fix this immediately! Why should we keep pricking our child’s fingers when we paid for a sensor that should be reliable? Someone needs to help us now!
