Dexcom Sensor Replacement Delayed for 3 Months

Hello, we have been battling Type 1 diabetes for a year now, and my child is only 7 years old. We rely on the Dexcom sensor to manage blood sugar levels effectively. While it is a great system, the lack of proper customer service and follow-up in our country is extremely frustrating.

When we reported sensor malfunctions, we were assured that replacements would be sent. Three months have passed, and we have yet to receive two of our missing sensors. Each time we reach out, we are told that someone will contact us, but no one follows up. This product is critical for managing diabetes, yet the service we receive does not reflect its importance.

Dexcom, please take this issue seriously and provide a prompt resolution. We need our replacement sensors immediately!
