Dexcom G7 Sensors Fail Early and Replacement Delays Are Frustrating


Using the Dexcom G7 sensor has become nearly impossible due to persistent malfunctions. Since its release, every sensor I’ve tried has either failed on the first or second day of use. Despite being covered under insurance, the inconvenience and constant errors are frustrating.
Most recently, a sensor failed within 24 hours, showing an error message prompting me to replace it with a new one. This has been a repeated issue, and the lack of reliability makes the product unusable.
I plan to file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee if these issues are not addressed. Dexcom must investigate and explain the cause of these failures and offer a reliable solution to customers immediately.
