Dexcom G7 Sensors Fail Early and Replacement Delays Are Frustrating

I have been using the Dexcom G7 since its release, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. Out of the 3-4 sensors we’ve used, only a few lasted the full 10 days. Most of them fail on the 7th or 8th day, and some stop working right after being applied. I’ve repeatedly reported these faulty sensors under warranty, and I was told it would take 15-20 days to resolve. However, reports from November 5th and November 21st are still unresolved, and I now have two more faulty sensors from December.

We paid ₺12,000 for four sensors, yet they fail so frequently that my child often has to go to school without one. Constantly chasing replacements is exhausting, especially given the financial strain. I expected better reliability and customer support from a company like Dexcom. This experience has been nothing but a disappointment. Please address this issue urgently and improve the sensor quality and replacement process.
