Dexcom G7 Sensors Fail Early and Replacement Delays Are Frustrating

We have been using the Dexcom G7 sensor for two months, but we are constantly facing serious issues. Our second sensor failed to take any readings and kept showing errors. We contacted customer service, and they requested screenshots and device information, promising a replacement sensor—yet after several days, we are still waiting with no response.
Now, a new issue has emerged. After installing a fresh sensor, it won't pair with the device and just keeps saying "waiting for connection." When we reached out to customer service, we spoke with O*, who told us to wait 30 minutes and, if it still didn’t work, to contact them again during business hours. This means we won’t be able to use the sensor overnight, which is completely unacceptable!
For a company that claims to provide high-quality sensors, Dexcom G7 has been a huge disappointment. The device frequently gives incorrect readings, disconnects, and loses data, yet customer service offers no real solutions.
Dexcom, fix these issues immediately! Has anyone else experienced this? I expect a resolution now!
