I had a typo in my last name on my ticket, and when I contacted customer service to correct it, they refused to do so. They insisted that I cancel my ticket and purchase a new one. I was shocked and appalled by this level of customer service. I have never had another airline refuse to correct a simple typo on a ticket.
I eventually had to purchase a new ticket, at a much higher price, in order to travel. I am extremely disappointed with Corendon Airlines and will never fly with them again.
