I purchased a premium ticket for a Corendon Airlines flight. However, I was only charged for one ticket, which cost around ₺2300.
Despite having a premium ticket, I was still charged for the fuel surcharge of the flight I didn't even board. When I contacted the call center, they offered no solutions and instead tried to charge me even more money.
I am utterly disappointed with Corendon Airlines. I will be deleting all my positive reviews about them. They do not deserve it. I will never book a flight or hotel with Corendon again. They are a company that does not care about its customers.
