I canceled two flight tickets I purchased from Corendon Airlines on May 1st and immediately submitted a refund request. The confirmation email clearly stated that the refund would be processed and deposited into my account within 7 business days. Today marks the 7th day, and still—no refund has been issued.

Despite calling customer service three separate times, I received the same generic responses with no resolution. This delay has completely disrupted my financial plans, especially since I was counting on that refund to book another flight. I planned everything based on the timeline they gave me, and now I’m stuck and frustrated.

It’s unacceptable for an airline to make promises about refund timelines and then completely ignore them. I’m highly disappointed in Corendon’s lack of follow-through and customer care. Due to this experience, I will never purchase tickets from this company again and strongly warn others to think twice before trusting them. I expect my ₺ refund to be processed immediately without any more delays.
