Given that your Bugaboot hiking boots failed while in use, they may be eligible for warranty service.
To start, make sure the boots are clean and have your proof of purchase handy. Then fill out the warranty claim form on Columbia's website.
After submitting the form, you will be given a claim number and instructions for returning your boots to Columbia for review.
If a problem is found, Columbia will either repair the boots or provide a virtual merchandise credit. For assistance, call Columbia's Warranty Support at 1-800-622-6953, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. PT.
If you purchased the boots from a retailer, you may be able to resolve the issue directly with them, as some retailers can aid with warranty claims.
