The shoes I bought from the Samsun Piazza Columbia store ripped in two different places. I sent them in for inspection, but they were returned to me without any exchange or repair. This is completely unacceptable! I choose expensive shoes specifically so they'll last a long time, yet these winter shoes didn't even survive one winter season.
Despite there being a total of four defects in the same spot on both shoes, Columbia still refused to replace them. This isn't my first bad experience either; I previously bought waterproof boots from Columbia, and they weren't waterproof at all. I fell for the promises on your labels and the impressive list of features, believing in the quality.
This is a blatant betrayal of trust. Columbia, you need to rectify this immediately! Repair or replace my defective shoes, or provide a full refund. Stop selling shoddy products and stand behind the claims you make on your labels. I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this frustrating and dishonest experience.
