Columbia Snow Boots Slip on Snow Despite Winter Use Claims

March 14 5:23 PM3

In January 2026, I purchased a pair of Columbia snow boots from The Moose Bay store located in Akmerkez. I specifically chose this product to walk safely on snow; however, on the very first day I wore them, I noticed that they were extremely slippery on snow, making them unsafe to use.

As soon as I experienced the issue, I went back to the store and reported it. The store created a request on my behalf in their system, but later informed me that the request had been denied. They only showed me the system record and did not provide any further explanation or solution. Despite being sold as “snow boots,” I believe the product is not fit for its intended purpose due to its poor traction on snow.

For this reason, I am requesting a refund for the snow boots and the return of the amount I paid.
