Columbia Shoes Deformed After Fewer Than Ten Wears

I purchased a pair of Columbia shoes from the Marmara Park Mall store around March 18, 2025. I used the shoes only for daily city wear. However, before I had even worn them ten times, openings appeared on the upper part of the shoes, and the inner section began to collapse and deform. I find it unacceptable that shoes from a brand known for products designed for outdoor, hiking, and demanding conditions could deteriorate this quickly under normal city use.
I sent the product for inspection twice, and both times my request was rejected with the explanation that the issue was caused by user error. However, this is not my first pair of Columbia shoes, and I have never experienced this kind of problem with any of my previous products. Columbia’s refusal to acknowledge the defect and placing full responsibility on me has damaged my trust in the brand and increased my frustration.
Given the serious deformation that occurred after such limited use, I believe the product is defective. I request that the shoes be reviewed again through a fair and objective inspection process and replaced with a new pair.
