I purchased a pair of Columbia shoes from the Columbia store in Srinagar, J&K, and after about one year of use the shoes started leaking from the upper side and then tore at the same place. Considering Columbia’s reputation and the price of the product, I did not expect such poor durability and performance. When I reached out to customer care about this issue, instead of helping, I found their attitude very disappointing and misleading, which made the experience even worse. I felt that my problem was not taken seriously and that I could not rely on their support. I request that Columbia provide a proper solution by replacing these faulty shoes. I expect the brand to stand behind its products and offer a fair and satisfactory resolution as soon as possible.
