Columbia Boots Fell Apart Due to Defective Stitching, but My Return Was Denied!
I purchased a pair of Columbia boots from your store, but they were defective from the start. The stitching was incomplete in some areas, and after a short period of use, the back of the boot split open, and the stitching came undone. Clearly, this is a manufacturing defect, so I returned the boots for an inspection.
To my surprise, the return was denied! How can a product with faulty stitching from the factory and additional seam failure be rejected for a return? This is completely unacceptable. I expect Columbia to take responsibility and offer a proper resolution. I need a refund or a replacement pair immediately!
