Columbia Shoes Fell Apart in 6 Months – Denied Exchange

17

I bought a pair of Columbia shoes from Zorlu Center, expecting quality and durability. In less than six months, the sole started coming apart, with the glue completely separating. I sent the shoes in for an exchange, assuming Columbia would stand behind their product.

After three weeks, they returned the shoes, claiming it was "user error" without offering any real explanation or solution. This is unacceptable! The quality is clearly not what I paid for, and on top of that, their customer service is nonexistent—there is zero communication or support.

I feel like I’ve thrown my money away. Columbia, I demand a proper resolution—either replace the defective shoes or refund my money immediately!
