Columbia Shoes Fell Apart in 1 Month

I purchased a pair of Columbia shoes from Metro Market, expecting quality, but within just one month, the leather separated from the fabric. When I took them back for an exchange, Metro Market refused to help and instead told me to file a complaint with Consumer Rights authorities.

I paid over ₺5000 for these shoes, yet the store refuses to stand behind their products. On top of that, the staff is unhelpful and uninterested, and no one seems to know what’s going on.

Metro Market, this is unacceptable! You should take responsibility for faulty products instead of pushing customers away. I demand a proper resolution—either a replacement or a refund. Do better!
