Columbia Peakfreak Shoes Stuck in Warranty Process Without Response
I submitted my Columbia Peakfreak Outdry model shoes (product code 210071492) to your Eskişehir Espark store on February 18 for inspection due to a stitching defect on the upper back heel area of the right shoe, which causes discomfort while walking. I encountered this issue within the warranty period, despite not using the shoes heavily.
When I left the product at the store, I was told that I would receive a response—positive or negative—within 20 business days. However, even though this time has passed, I have not received any update. Neither a replacement product nor my original shoes have been returned to me so far.
Due to this manufacturing defect within the warranty period, I request that my shoes be either returned to me or replaced with a new pair. I also ask that the inspection and response process be completed without any further delay.
