Columbia Sneakers Showed Deformation In 10 Months And Warranty Claim Rejected

About 10 months ago, I purchased a pair of Columbia sneakers. When splitting and deformation appeared in the flexing areas, I sent the shoes in for inspection. After review, I was informed that the issue was not manufacturing-related, and the product was returned to me.
However, such deformation in such a short time cannot be caused by user error, which is already clearly visible in the photos. I request that my problem be resolved; otherwise, please be aware that I will pursue this matter through legal channels.

No feedback has been provided by the company and I have initiated legal proceedings.
