Chicco Twin Stroller Damage Happened Within A Few Months

The baby carriage I bought from the AVM Botti Baby Store was damaged within a few months. I was out of town, so it took me a little longer to get to it. So, on April 17, 2023, I went to the store and complained about the stroller's coating peeling off. They told me not to worry, they'd fix the problem by the end of May, but man, that's gonna be a long wait. Unfortunately, when May came and went without any response, I hit them up again, but all I got was some vague answers and they didn't seem to care about our situation. it's July 15th and our problem still hasn't been fixed. Chicco hasn't done anything or followed up with us. So, basically, we've been waiting for a solution for, like, three whole months,no progress at all...Chicco has been so neglectful and indifferent to their customers.
