Baby Plus Stroller Malfunctions - No Warranty Repair Or Replacement


I purchased a gray Baby Plus stroller on 15.06.2024. About 15–20 days after buying it, the wheels, the opening mechanism, and the canopy started to malfunction. I reported the issue to the store and handed the product over to them. However, my stroller was kept in the store for 25 days, never even sent for warranty service, and no solution was provided. The Baby Plus store did not stand behind the product and kept stalling me for 1.5 months. Although the stroller is under warranty, neither a replacement nor a repair was carried out, and I was left completely victimized. I also did not make any additional payments during this process. Since I could not get a result, I filed applications with the court and the Consumer Arbitration Board. My order/invoice number is N152024000298124. Due to all these issues, I request a full refund for the product.
